- Digital photographs or scans will be taken and forwarded via email.
- Reconstructed files may be limited in scope.*
- If a file is located: an appointment will be made to retrieve the service record.
- If no file is located, this transaction will provide a credit or refund minus the credit card fee upon placing the request. Feel free to email the request before payment to avoid a refund.
- Microfilmed Documents: Morning reports, pay slips, etc.
- $65 per 1-hour microfilm search
- If located, printed copies can be mailed or digitized via email.
- No refunds if no documents are located.
