Refund and Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Virtual events or workshops — Please contact us for possible course credit.
  • Personal care products — Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns on personal care products. Please contact us within 14 days to remedy a replacement.


To be eligible for a return of a non-personal care product, contact us within 14 days of purchase to receive a return shipping label. The item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and in the original sealed packaging.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, an email will notify you of the item’s return and refund status.

All approved refunds will be processed as a credit to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 10 days for your credit card or bank to process the refund.

If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Beyond 14 days of purchase without contact with us regarding your item, we cannot offer any refunds.

Shipping Refunds

If an item has a manufacturing defect, the full shipping costs will be refunded.
