Refund and Returns Policy

We wish for you to be pleased with your purchase and the customer service you receive. Please contact us regarding your personal care and non-personal product concerns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Virtual events or workshops — Please contact us for possible course credit.
  • Personal care products — Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns on personal care products. Please contact us within 14 days to request a replacement.

Refunds

To be eligible for a return of a non-personal care product, contact us within 14 days of purchase to receive a return shipping label. The item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and in the original sealed packaging.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, an email will notify you of the item’s return and refund status.

All approved refunds will be processed as a credit to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 10 days for your credit card or bank to process the refund.

If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Beyond 14 days of purchase without contact with us regarding your item, we cannot offer any refunds.

Virtual Events & Workshops

Sales & Use Tax

Missouri requires us to collect sales tax from all retail customers at the time of purchase. The sales tax rate will show at checkout and be based on our location in Ste. Genevieve County & St. Francois County, MO, unless otherwise noted during checkout. The location of the sale determines the traveling booth sales tax rates. Shipping Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If an item has a manufacturing defect, the full shipping costs will be refunded.

Items returned without a return shipping label are not eligible for a shipping refund.
