This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Lady 5 & Dime, the Leafseeker Consulting shop; referred to as “LC” in this document. “You” refers to the customer visiting and using this website. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website.

LC will only have access to collected information that you voluntarily provide in the shopping cart, contact email, or product review form. We do not sell or share personal information.
We will use your information to fulfill your product purchases and to respond to your queries or other issues regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Newsletter & Mailing List
If you choose to join our newsletter or mailing list, LC may contact you via email regarding specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by changing your preferences in the newsletter options.
Security
When you submit financial information at checkout to make an online purchase, your information is collected and protected through the Square shopping cart on your behalf. We do not collect or retain your financial information.
Online Account You may choose to register for an online account to place an order or make future purchases. The information collected is limited to information that assists you in making these purchases. Inactive accounts will expire after 2 years and be deleted.
Contact forms & Cookies
If you leave a product review, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.

An opt-in to saving your contact information in cookies may apply when ordering. These are for your convenience as an autofill feature on your personal computer. Please check your settings to change this preference.

Packaging & Safety Notice
We strive to be eco-friendly by limiting the use of plastics in packaging and encouraging recyclable and reusable items to limit landfill waste.
All personal products are handled with care by sanitized and/or gloved hands and face masks during production.
Soaps are wrapped in dye-free tissue paper and/or food-grade waxed paper and sealed with a LaDy 5 & Dime label.
Bath fizzies are wrapped in food-grade plastic wrap and sealed with a portion of invisible tape and a LaDy 5 & Dime label.
Body butters, butter sticks, lotions, and lip balms may be placed in aluminum tins or biodegradable paperboard tubes and wrapped in food-grade plastic wrap with invisible tape and/or zippered plastic pouch to prevent spillage.
Ordered items are placed in a gift box with tissue paper, sealed with a LaDy 5 & Dime sticker, and then placed inside a shipping box for double-sealed protection. The shipping box may be placed in a Tyvex or bubble shipping mailer for cost-efficiency for customers.
